Shipping

We process orders Monday to Friday.
No orders being processed at weekends and
Bank Holidays until the next working day.
Standard First Class Delivery (1-2 Days) – £2.95

Returns & Refunds

You are able to return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Please note when returning items:

  • The customer is responsible for all return fees when posting items back to Beautyera.
  • The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original package.
  • All refunds are processed when items have been received by our team.
  • When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not due to be refunded.
  • The return application must include the Client’s name, product name, bank account details and the reason for
    returning the goods and must be registered within 14 days of receiving the goods. 
  • The refund will be processed once receiving the returns and will reach your account in 5-7 business working days.

Lost orders

Beautyera is not responsible for additional shipping costs for returned orders due to incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer at checkout.

International delivery 

International orders have slightly different rules for shipping and returns.
The orders are shipped by Royal Mail, shipping will cost £12.95 for small
parcels and up to £39.95 for larger orders.
