Prices are listed in British Pound Sterling
and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing.

Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
the product within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided
it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products
that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer,
unless the product is defective or incorrect. If you are returning
a defective or incorrect product, Beautyera Pro will cover the return
shipping costs.

Products that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:
Opened personal care products;
Used cosmetic products.

Limitation of Liability

Beautyera Pro is not liable for any direct, indirect,incidental, or consequential
damages resulting from the use of our productsor services.

All products are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties of
any kind. We do not guarantee that the use of our products will be uninterrupted,
secure, or error-free.

Beautyera Pro will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or health
issues arising from the use of our products, particularly if the products have been
used improperly or contrary to the provided instructions. The use of our products
is at the customer’s own risk.

Cancellation & Lateness Policy

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your appointment with 48 hours from your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable.

We have a strict no-show policy.
If you do not show up for your appointment, in order to book with us again, you will have to pay the full amount for the missed appointment.

Precautions before signing up for permanent make up:

• You are not sick (cold, flu, etc.) and are not on any antibiotics;

• You don’t have herpes (cold sores) on your lips/face;

• Do not have issues with diabetes, thyroid (all of this kind of information must be provided before booking in your treatment);

• Do not drink any alcohol or take any medication/drugs the day before!

• Do not use sunbeds for 7 days before the treatment Make sure that if you do take any sort of medicine, it does not cause any blood changes (Nurofen, aspirin);

• Do not get tinting or waxing done for at least 2 weeks before the treatment.

How to get prepared

• Leave your natural eyebrow hairs for 2 weeks before your appointment hair;

• It will help me see the natural line and direction of your hair when I’m drawing out your shape;

• The whole treatment procedure takes about 3hrs.

End Effect

• The result will always be different for every individual. It will depend on your skin type, health, hormones and many other different factors.

• Permanent makeup should last for up to 2 years.

• Caring about your skin’s help is very important if you want your permanent makeup to last.
